Finding your serial number is easy.

Remove the metal grease filters from your extractor hood. On the inner underside of the main body, you will find a silver or white label showing your SKU and serial number (label type depends on the age of the appliance).

Your extractor will display one of the following — only one is required:

S/N (e.g. S/N 1234567)
Manufacture date (e.g. July 2006)
LOTTO number (e.g. LOTTO 1234567)

Simply enter any one of the above and we’ll do the rest to ensure you receive the correct replacement part.

wireless controller offers full access to fan speeds, lighting, and

This remote control will need pairing, please follow the below instructions -

Turn the hood off at the switch behind the door.

Leave turned off or 10 seconds.

Turn back on again.

Immediately press the + button twice on the remote control.
