The Lusso 80cm has two FlexZones across its 80cm cooking surface — each FlexZone automatically detecting the size and position of whatever pan is placed on it, activating only the relevant portion of the heating field beneath the actual cookware. Place a single pan on one side of a FlexZone and only that zone activates. Place a large pan spanning the full FlexZone and both zones within it activate as a unified field. With two FlexZones across 80cm, the hob accommodates up to four pans simultaneously, in any combination of sizes, without needing to centre pans on fixed circles or manage bridging manually.

At 11,100W total output with double boost on both FlexZones, the 80cm has the same power specification as the 60cm in a wider body — more cooking surface without any compromise in output or feature set. The bevelled edge black glass surface gives it the same frameless, premium appearance at the worktop cut-out. Individual slider controls per zone, the same suite of smart cooking features, and a 32amp pre-wired connection complete the specification.
