The Moda wall cooker hood has a brushless motor for quieter, more efficient extraction — 780m³/hr across seven sizes from 60cm to 120cm. Dynamic tunable LED lighting adjustable from 2950K to 6500K. Four colours: Black, White, Stainless Steel, and Cashmere. Suits contemporary and traditional kitchens.

Moda Wall Cooker Hood — Brushless Motor. Seven Sizes. Four Colours. One for Every Kitchen.

The Moda wall cooker hood is built around a brushless motor — quieter and more energy-efficient than a conventional motor at every extraction speed, from background ventilation through to full-power cooking. At 780m³/hr it provides strong extraction for everything from a compact hob to a wide range cooker, and the flat T-shape profile suits both contemporary kitchens and more traditional settings where a chimney hood would be the standard expectation.

But the Moda's real breadth is in its specification range: seven sizes from 60cm to 120cm, four colours including Cashmere, and dynamic tunable LED lighting adjustable across the full 2950K to 6500K spectrum. For buyers who've looked at flat wall hoods and found either too few sizes or too little colour choice, the Moda usually has the combination they've been unable to find elsewhere.

Brushless motor — quieter at every speed, more efficient across daily use

A brushless motor has no contact friction between its rotating components, which produces two consistent benefits over a conventional motor: it runs quieter at any given extraction speed, and it uses significantly less energy — particularly at lower speeds where a kitchen extractor runs for the majority of its daily operating hours. For open-plan kitchens and kitchen-diners where the hood runs during meal preparation and conversation, that quieter operation is something everyone in the room appreciates. The 780m³/hr motor handles standard hobs and range cookers comfortably across all seven sizes.

Tunable LED lighting — 2950K to 6500K, both 4W LEDs adjustable

The two 4W LED strips are dynamic and adjustable across the full colour temperature range from warm amber 2950K to cool daylight 6500K. Fixed-temperature LEDs — which the majority of wall hoods use — lock the kitchen lighting to a single tone regardless of time of day or preferred atmosphere. The Moda's adjustable range allows warm light during evening meals and cooler, more precise light for detailed cooking work, without requiring separate lighting above the hob. Both LEDs are dimmable as well as tunable, giving complete control from the backlit push-button panel.

Seven sizes — including 120cm for wide hobs and range cookers

The Moda is available in 60cm, 70cm, 80cm, 90cm, 100cm, 110cm, and 120cm — one of the widest size ranges of any flat wall hood in the Luxair range. The 120cm in particular serves buyers with wide range cookers or double hob setups who find that most flat wall hoods stop at 90cm or 110cm. Across all seven sizes, the same brushless motor, tunable LEDs, and push-button controls are standard.

Four colours — including Cashmere

Black, White, and Stainless Steel cover the contemporary spectrum. Cashmere — currently available in 90cm — is the warm, soft neutral that sits between white and cream, suitable for kitchens where white feels too clinical and black too stark: warm wood kitchens, sage green schemes, and neutral Shaker designs where a slightly warm tone reads more naturally than pure white. The lifestyle images show the Moda across dark drama kitchens (Black above a range with feature tiles), open-plan white and wood (White above gas hob), green Shaker kitchen-diner (Stainless), country cottage (Black), and period property with Aga (White) — one of the broadest sets of kitchen contexts covered by any wall hood in the range. Ducted externally or recirculated with charcoal filters.

Home Visit & Installation Advice
Confused? Unsure? Let Us Help You Choose A Kitchen Extractor

Luxair Cooker Hoods now offer a site visit by one of our qualified in-house engineers, where they will advise on the best option regarding what cooker hood suits your kitchen needs, they can also advise on the best way to run your ducting or if re-circulation may be best for your setup.

An installation service is also available upon request and completion of a Site or home Survey. Prices will vary dependent on installation required and will be quoted once an engineer has made his visit and all necessary observations are made in relation to your cooker hood installation.

What you need to know:

Another important reason to consider a site survey is to identify the most suitable cooker hood for the location of your kitchen or bathroom.

We will look at the very best option, taking into consideration the size of your kitchen, if the ceiling construction is suitable for a ceiling cooker hood, any potential regulation requirements and above all the correct motor size and ducting route to give you the optimum extraction you require.

Your Site Survey:

During a site survey, your Luxair engineer will discuss your requirements, taking into consideration the appropriate extraction output for the room, the relevant location within the kitchen and the most suitable ducting system for your cooker hood. If the installation is new, the site survey will identify the requirements for the ducting system, ventilation and clearances to any combustible materials to maintain safe use. The site survey will allow your Luxair engineer to provide you with the best advice, consequently avoiding any unexpected expense.

Please Note: All site surveys will be booked in directly with the engineers, who will contact you within 1 - 7 working days of your payment being processed. Our engineers will call you to arrange a date and time that is convenient to you. Book Here
