A standard 90cm induction hob arranges its zones in a 2×2 grid — two at the front, two at the back. The back zones require leaning over the front burners to reach them, and the hob depth of 510mm or more can make it awkward against island seating or in shallow worktop runs. The Luxair 90cm Panoramic solves both problems by putting all four cooking zones in a single row across the 90cm width, at a depth of just 350mm.

Linear layout — the ergonomic argument
The single-row linear layout isn't just aesthetic. Reaching over a live front burner to stir a pan at the back of a conventional hob is a genuine safety hazard — particularly with children nearby, or for anyone with reduced reach or mobility. The Panoramic removes this entirely: all four zones sit in line from left to right, all at the same depth from the front edge.
