Linea Wall Cooker Hood — Sealed Black Glass Underside. Perimeter Extraction. 46mm Slim. Three Colours.
Most wall-mounted cooker hoods extract air through a grille or mesh on the underside of the body. The Linea works differently. Its undercarriage is a black glass panel — sealed, frameless, and presenting a continuous dark surface below the hood body. The extraction doesn't happen through the glass. It happens around its edges.
This is the Venturi perimeter extraction system that also appears in the Linea Island hood. Air is drawn in at the perimeter of the glass panel and accelerated through the narrow gap between the glass edge and the body — the Venturi constriction. It then decelerates behind the glass, which drops the pressure and allows the A-rated 800m³/hr motor to pull extraction volume at higher efficiency with lower mechanical effort. The result is a wall hood that extracts powerfully, runs quieter than a conventional draw-through design, and looks — from below and from across the kitchen — like a flat plane of black glass on the wall above the hob.
46mm body, curved corners — designed to show
The Linea's 46mm profile is slim enough to sit against a wall without projecting significantly into the kitchen — ideal for lower ceiling heights and for kitchens where the space between the hob and the overhead cabinets is tight. The curved corners are hand-finished, not machine-radiused: they have a deliberate quality of finish that is visible on close inspection and that elevates the Linea above extractor hoods that simply round off their edges as a manufacturing shortcut. The 6.3W LED strip light provides bright, even task illumination below the glass panel.
Three colours — including white
Black gives the Linea its most dramatic expression — the sealed black glass undercarriage merges with a black body above it and the hood almost disappears into dark kitchen schemes while the LED glows below. Stainless Steel creates a two-tone contrast between the brushed steel body and the black glass undercarriage, reading as considered and premium. White — which is less commonly available in slimline wall hoods at this specification — suits light-coloured kitchens, Scandi designs, and any scheme where a black or stainless hood would dominate rather than complement. All three colours carry the same black glass undercarriage, the same perimeter extraction, and the same A-rated 800m³/hr motor.
Wall-mounted. Also available as an island hood.
The Linea design exists across both wall-mounted and island formats. If your kitchen has both a wall hob and an island hob, or if you've seen the Linea Island and want the same aesthetic on the wall, the two hoods share the same design DNA — same glass undercarriage, same curved corners, same perimeter extraction. Six sizes from 60cm to 110cm.
