Every ceiling cooker hood on the market assumes the same thing: that you have either a ceiling void deep enough to install into, or the budget, time, and tradespeople to build a custom drop box first. For many buyers — those retrofitting an existing kitchen, those in a rental property, those who want the flush-ceiling aesthetic without the construction project that usually precedes it — that assumption rules out the entire category.
The Tolvi Lusso was built to remove that barrier entirely. It comes with its own pre-built brushed stainless steel mounting box. You bolt it to the surface of an existing ceiling — no cut-out, no plastering, no carpentry — and the hood is installed. The stainless steel housing becomes part of the design: a clean, architectural ceiling mount that looks deliberate rather than provisional, complemented by the full-face 38W LED panel below it.
800m³/hr — Powerful motor
Behind the illuminated white glass door, the Tolvi Lusso runs an 800m³/hr motor. For kitchens with long duct runs, open-plan layouts where cooking smells travel freely, or heavy daily cooking loads, that headroom matters. The motor supports multiple fan speeds with remote control operation, and the hood can be ducted out via 150mm round or 220mm × 90mm flat ducting, or recirculated using charcoal filters if external ducting isn't possible.
38W LED panel — the same full-face lighting as the Tolvi
The Tolvi Lusso carries the same illuminated full-face white glass LED door panel as the standard Tolvi, delivering 4000K neutral white light across the entire hood face. At 38W it provides genuinely useful task lighting over the hob — not a gesture at illumination but a real cooking light. The panel is dimmable via remote, stepping down to ambient levels when you don't need full brightness. The drop-down access panel opens for straightforward filter maintenance without requiring any tools.
Ceiling hood or canopy hood — your call
The Tolvi Lusso's convertible mounting design means it works equally well as a surface-mounted ceiling hood or a canopy hood positioned closer to the cooking surface. If your kitchen layout suits a canopy approach — particularly in kitchens where ceiling height makes a canopy more practical — the same product and the same installation footprint accommodates that. Maximum recommended height above the hob is 2 metres for optimal extraction performance.

Available in 60cm × 30cm and 120cm × 30cm — both in the White LED Door with brushed stainless steel trim finish. The 60cm is ideal for a compact kitchen island or a single cooking zone. The 120cm covers a wide range cooker or full kitchen island hob and makes a strong architectural statement as a ceiling feature in its own right. Washable aluminium grease filters drop down for cleaning and are dishwasher safe. Register within 31 days of installation for seven years of parts and labour warranty.
