The Tolvi doesn't just extract — it illuminates. A fully dimmable LED glass door panel covers the entire face of the hood, turning it into an architectural light fitting as well as a powerful ceiling extractor. 800m³/hr brushless motor, three sizes from 60cm to 120cm, flush-fit or drop-box installation.

Tolvi Ceiling Cooker Hood — When the Extractor Becomes the Light Fitting

Most ceiling cooker hoods try to disappear. The Tolvi does something more interesting — it becomes part of the room's lighting design. Where other hoods use spotlights or a perimeter LED ring, the Tolvi has a fully illuminated glass door panel that covers the entire face of the hood. When it's on, the whole surface glows. When it's dimmed down, it sits as a soft architectural light above the hob. When it's off, it reads as a clean white glass panel flush with the ceiling surface. It's the only ceiling extractor in the Luxair range that functions simultaneously as a statement light fitting.

For kitchen designers specifying bespoke installations, this changes the brief entirely. The Tolvi installed in a dropped box becomes a built-in illuminated ceiling feature — with 800m³/hr of extraction happening quietly behind it.

The LED panel — dimmable, full-face, fully integrated

The illuminated white glass door is dimmable via the included remote control, giving you full range from maximum task brightness over the hob down to gentle ambient levels suitable for dining. The 18/10 stainless steel trim frames the panel and provides the structural edge — clean, minimal, and deliberately understated so the glowing glass face remains the focal point. In the lifestyle images, the Tolvi appears in a dropped box installation where the LED panel is level with a custom ceiling surround and integrated LED strips — a genuinely architectural kitchen design where the cooker hood is a design feature, not a utility item.

800m³/hr brushless motor — powerful and quiet

Behind the visual drama, the Tolvi delivers 800m³/hr of extraction via a brushless slimline motor. The brushless motor technology reduces noise compared to conventional motors and keeps energy consumption lower across all fan speeds. Multiple ducting options — 150mm round or 220mm × 90mm flat — accommodate most installation routes, and the motor supports both flush ceiling and drop-box configurations.

Three sizes. One specification.

The Tolvi is available in 60cm × 60cm, 90cm × 50cm, and 120cm × 50cm — all in the same White LED Door finish with stainless steel trim. The 60cm × 60cm is well-suited to a cooking island with a smaller hob or as a statement piece in a compact kitchen. The 90cm × 50cm covers a standard wide hob comfortably. The 120cm × 50cm is for larger cooking areas and wide range cookers, and makes a particularly strong architectural statement when installed in a full-width drop-box ceiling section. All three sizes share the same full-face LED panel and the same 800m³/hr motor.

Built for bespoke. Backed for seven years.

The Tolvi suits any kitchen where ceiling extraction is being integrated into a custom design — new builds, kitchen designer projects, and high-specification renovations where the hood should contribute to the room's aesthetic, not just sit inside it. Register within 31 days of installation for seven years of parts and labour warranty. Luxair's home survey and professional installation service is available for projects where the installation complexity warrants expert input.

Home Visit & Installation Advice
Confused? Unsure? Let Us Help You Choose A Kitchen Extractor

Luxair Cooker Hoods now offer a site visit by one of our qualified in-house engineers, where they will advise on the best option regarding what cooker hood suits your kitchen needs, they can also advise on the best way to run your ducting or if re-circulation may be best for your setup.

An installation service is also available upon request and completion of a Site or home Survey. Prices will vary dependent on installation
required and will be quoted once an engineer has made his visit and all necessary observations are made in relation to your cooker hood
installation.

What you need to know:

Another important reason to consider a site survey is to identify the most suitable cooker hood for the location of your kitchen or bathroom.

We will look at the very best option, taking into consideration the size of your kitchen, if the ceiling construction is suitable for a ceiling cooker hood, any potential regulation requirements and above all the correct motor size and ducting route to give you the optimum extraction you require.

Your Site Survey:

During a site survey, your Luxair engineer will discuss your requirements, taking
into consideration the appropriate extraction output for the room, the relevant location within the kitchen and the most suitable
ducting system for your cooker hood. If the installation is new, the
site survey will identify the requirements for the ducting system,
ventilation and clearances to any combustible materials to maintain safe use. The site survey will allow your Luxair engineer to provide you with the best advice, consequently avoiding any unexpected expense.

Please Note: All site surveys will be booked in directly with the engineers, who will contact you within 1 - 7 working days of your payment being processed. Our engineers will call you to arrange a date and time that is convenient to you. Book Here
