125mm Round to 150mm × 70mm Flat Ducting Connector

This adapter connects a 125mm round ducting pipe (or 125mm flexible aluminium tube) to a 150mm × 70mm flat rectangular ducting pipe on a straight run. Unlike the 90° bend version, this connector makes the transition between round and flat formats in a straight line and can be used in either a vertical or horizontal position. It is part of the Luxair 5" push-fit airtight ducting system.

Where This Component Is Used

Use this connector wherever your duct run needs to transition between round and flat ducting formats without changing direction — for example, where the round outlet of a cooker hood or ceiling extractor connects to a flat rectangular duct run along a wall or ceiling, or where a flat section terminates into a round pipe to connect to a fan or wall outlet. The connector works equally in vertical and horizontal orientations.

• Below 450m³/hr → 100mm (4") ducting
• 450–750m³/hr → 125mm (5") or 150mm (6") ducting
• 750–2,000m³/hr → 150mm (6") or 200mm (8") ducting
