220mm × 90mm Flat Ducting Straight Connector
This connector joins two 220mm × 90mm flat rectangular ducting sections together on a straight duct run, extending the run beyond a single pipe length. It is part of the Luxair System150 6" push-fit airtight ducting range.
Important — Use Pipe Clips Either Side of Each Joint
On longer duct runs of one metre or more, pipe clips must be fitted either side of each connector joint to prevent the ducting from sagging under its own weight. Ducting Size Guide
Selecting the correct ducting diameter for your motor output ensures maximum extraction performance:
- Below 450m³/hr → 100mm (4") ducting
- 450–750m³/hr → 125mm (5") or 150mm (6") ducting
- 750–2,000m³/hr → 150mm (6") or 200mm (8") ducting
The System150 6" Ducting Range
This component is part of the Luxair System150 range — combining 220mm × 90mm flat rectangular ducting and 150mm round ducting, both carrying equivalent airflow rates and fully interchangeable within the system via adapters. All components connect by push-fit for a patent-protected airtight seal with no ducting tape, adhesive, or clips required at joints.
