The Lusso 60cm has two FlexZones — each one containing two individual induction zones that work as a flexible, adaptive cooking surface. Place a small pan anywhere within a FlexZone and only the field beneath it activates. Place a larger pan that spans both zones within the FlexZone and both activate as a single unified heating field. You don't bridge manually — the hob detects the cookware and responds accordingly. At 11,100W total output with double boost on every zone, this is a 60cm hob built for serious cooking.

The bevelled edge black glass surface gives the Lusso a frameless, premium appearance at the worktop cut-out — a considered design detail that distinguishes it from standard flush-fit induction hobs. Individual slider controls make heat management tactile and immediate.

How the FlexZones work

Each FlexZone is a large induction area divided into two internal zones. The hob's pan detection reads the footprint of whatever cookware is placed on it — size, shape, position — and activates only the relevant portion of the FlexZone beneath the pan. A small saucepan on the left side of the FlexZone activates only the left zone. A griddle pan spanning the full FlexZone width activates both zones as a continuous field. This means there are no dead spots, no need to centre pans precisely, and no wasted energy heating glass that no pan is touching. Two FlexZones across 60cm gives the full hob surface this adaptive quality.

Controls and smart cooking features

Individual slider controls per zone with quick-access presets. 10 power levels for precise heat management from gentle simmer to full power. Boost and double boost for rapid heat-up. Programmable timer from 0 to 999 minutes. Stop & Go pause mode — freeze all active zones at current settings and resume identically. Recall mode to restore previous heat settings instantly. Keep warm at three heat levels for up to two hours. Egg timer for short countdowns. Automatic pan detection so zones only activate with compatible cookware present. Child lock, overflow detection, and residual heat indicators throughout. Pre-wired for 32amp connection.
